Suggested Use

Mix 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) with 12-18 oz. of cold water or beverage of your choice.

DO NOT EXCEED (1) SERVING (2 TBSP) WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. During your workout and through out the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
