Dextrose is an isomer of glucose – a right-handed version of glucose, which is often referred to as D-glucose or grape sugar. It is a simple sugar with a high glycemic index, which helps to increase the amount of insulin secreted by the body. The substance is naturally found in honey, flower nectars, as well as in fruits and juices made from them. However, the compound can also be obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn or potato starch. Dextrose is a substance that has a sweet taste and a very fast absorption time in the bloodstream, making it a valuable source of energy.
Suggested usage
Dissolve one serving of the product 50 g (2.5 scoops) in 500 ml of water. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily. Best during and after training.
